Aloha and Welcome to my blog! 

My name is Master Pamela Uyeunten and I am a Worldwide Representative and Divine Channel of world-renowned healer, spiritual master, accomplished author and teacher, Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha.  It is truly my honor and pleasure to offer you assistance in applying soul power to heal, bless, rejuvenate and bring back into balance all challenging aspects of your life.  My specific task is to assist those who suffer from a common and significant health condition.  This condition is called stress, a state of mental or emotional strain resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.

Some people may argue that stress is actually good for you.  In certain cases a little stress could be beneficial.  It could be the motivating factor that helps us to excel in academia, work or sports, and in extreme cases, could even compel us to defend and protect ourselves and others in a life-threatening situation.  However, even a little stress that is unmanaged could result in serious health challenges over an extended period of time. 

Studies have shown that long-term exposure to stress has lead to the following conditions and more:

Heart disease
High blood pressure
Digestive issues
Obesity
Depression
Sleep disorders
Autoimmune diseases
Skin conditions (psoriasis, eczema, acne, etc.)
Aches and pain (migraines, muscle spasms, etc.)

What is stress?

Stress is your soul, mind and body’s response to a person, situation or circumstance where you feel threatened, upset, or out of balance.  It is a reaction to overwhelming demands (real or imagined) that are put upon you.  Even pleasant occasions could create stress in one’s life, such as preparing for a wedding.  The word “bridezilla” was conceived from stress.

So how do we tame the inner bridezilla, or work well with the ever-demanding boss?  You may be wondering if there are any simple, tried and true techniques that you could use to calm the feelings of stress and anxiety, and bring more peace and serenity into your life.  Fortunately, the answer is an unequivocal, “Yes!”
